First of all, please double-check if the payment option you selected on your previous order was Shoppay Installments. You will pay every two weeks with no interest when this option is chosen.
If money has been withdrawn from your bank account even though there are no more payments due, please contact us or send the inquiry directly to your bank to investigate the transaction.
